The coffee destoner is designed for cleaning coffee beans from stones. Destoner uses air to remove stones and impurities that are heavier than coffee. The use of destoner allows you to get clean coffee beans.
Coffee beans are filled into the destoner hopper. Due to the strong airflow inside a destoner, coffee beans are going up inside the hopper, and stones and particles that are heavier than coffee beans settle down below.
Destoner is equipped with a sliding valve and can be used as a storage tank for coffee. The airflow rate is adjustable and can be precisely set according to the type of coffee and the size of the bean.
