All moving machine parts are covered by safety doors with safety switches. If any door is open, machine will stop to protect operator.
When the label supply is running low, alarm message will alert operator to change labels
When no bottle is detected not present in the infeed mechanism, warning message will be displayed. Once bottle is start feeding, machine will restart automatically. Labeling function will be resumed as normal production.
In case no label is detected on bottle, Monitoring system will activate rejection.
When the supply air pressure is below set limit, alarm will be raised, and machine will be stopped.
When low vacuum is detected, alarm will be raised, and machine will be stopped.
When the hot melt temperature is below set point, alarm will be raised, machine will be stopped.
